I had the co2 laser cool peel treatment. Monica was the instructor and she is always so great. The downtime was really none, I have some rough feeling areas on my face but not much, looking forward to seeing some great results. Highly recommend NLI and Monica!! The front desk staff are great and always so friendly!!

I took my mom to Bianca for a Deep CO₂ laser treatment, and we had such a great experience. The facility is absolutely beautiful, clean, and has such a welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel comfortable. Bianca was incredibly attentive and made sure my mom was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Once she was numbed, she tolerated the treatment really well with only minimal discomfort. Bianca checked on her throughout the procedure, answered all of our questions, thoroughly explained the post-care instructions, and even sent her home with a recovery kit. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and wants them to have the best experience possible. I highly recommend Bianca to anyone considering laser treatments, and we can’t wait to come back for future treatments!

I always have such a great experience at this med spa. From the moment you walk in, you’re taken care of. Emily at the front desk is an absolute joy—she walks you through everything with so much warmth and makes the entire process feel easy and welcoming. Ella is also a fantastic instructor who clearly takes pride in her team. She keeps a close eye on her injectors and ensures everything is done with skill, care, and professionalism. You can truly feel the level of attention and expertise here. Highly recommend!

Let’s start with Mrs. Irene. She is very motivating and knowledgeable. Her as the instructor was great! Something else I thought was nice is that she looked very professional, skin flawless as well, just beautiful and knowledgeable. The Institution for the price and one day class I don’t believe this type of business should be for beginners because it is only one day for XXXX.XX amount of dollars. It does provide you with a base line of everything, but one day, it is definitely a no if you have never done anything in cosmetics before. This should be an advanced class but how can the instructor teach advanced when everyone in the class are beginners and never conducted these type of services. Everyone is very nice. Staff is very welcoming, look great, and helpful. That’s why I’m rating my 5. Because the staff and instructors were very pleasant.

I’ve had prf under my eyes many times prior in a much more professional setting. I decided to book a session here because I thought it would be worth it for the cost. The trainer took my blood and filled the area up wayyyy more than it is recommended. I mean so swollen I could barely even see. Never had I dealt with this in the past. After doing more research, I found out her technique was wrong. This results in losing elasticity and can makes skin even more crepey looking. Your undereyes are the most sensitive area of your face! Sadly I’m now dealing with worsened skin. I don’t know if it I was malicious intent because I was nothing but nice or if it truly was just incompetence and negligence on the trainers part. Another issue I had was, they were injecting in a area that can be dangerous and the trainer was just turning her back and finishing up a conversation instead of paying attention and making sure they don’t stab me in the eye and hit a vein, even the trainee was afraid and didn’t want to inject me until she finished up her conversation. I honestly can not believe the “professionalism” that’s lacking. It’s almost comical.
