Pure Spa

I go to Pure Spa to get my nails done (although I’m sure I’ll end up getting another service at some point as well) and I have to give a shout out to Rhonda. Her attention to detail is exceptional. I never worry about being unhappy with how my nails look and she makes the whole process feel very natural and comfortable.

My first visit went okay but could have been better. The ladies at the front did not show me around for my first visit or explain to me how the process works with the Waterhouse so I was waiting in the wrong area while my massage tech was looking for me. My massage tech was Cassandra and she was absolutely amazing. The massage was very soothing and after, she took the time to give me a mini tour, glass of wine and go over all there is to know about the Waterhouse and steam room which I really appreciated. I will definitely be back for Cassandra!

Rhonda’s builder gel nails and pedicures are the best. They last up to 4 weeks, never break or lift and her attention to detail is incredible. Worth every penny and the extra time she spends perfecting your nails. I highly recommend this service.

Booked for my birthday yesterday. From the time I walked in to check in then leaving to check out, nothing but professionalism and an outstanding experience. They guide you to everything. The main water house area is amazing. Leona did my massage and Thuy did my pedicure, absolutely loved it they did a wonderful job. Please try this spa you wont be disappointed!
