Terry at Sandra’s Electrolysis has truly been an amazing part of my experience. From the very beginning, I have always received great service, and what stands out the most is Terry’s patience and professionalism. She takes the time to explain the process, answer questions, and make sure I feel comfortable during every visit. That level of care really makes a difference. Results don’t happen overnight, but with Terry, you can trust the process. Her consistency, attention to detail, and gentle approach have helped me see real, noticeable improvement over time. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. The environment is also clean, calm, and welcoming, which makes each appointment feel relaxing rather than stressful. I always leave feeling confident and well taken care of. I am truly grateful that I found Terry. It’s not easy to find someone who combines skill, patience, and kindness so naturally. If you’re considering electrolysis and want someone you can trust, I highly recommend her. She’s not just great at what she does—she’s also a wonderful person to work with.

In all honesty, I have just grown frustrated with my experience here. I've had over 8 sessions here and the inconsistencies have been too much. I've gone to Abby and the experiences with her were fine. I absolutely loved Grace but she is not longer there. And I've recently tried sessions with Valerie with unsatisfying results. I scheduled one to 1.5 hours with her to still see numerous thick hair on my face, chin, and neck. Even on the areas where she was working on. I understand my hair is thick, coarse and difficult to treat. However going to 4+ plus sessions back to back to still see very noticeable hair in areas that were previously cleared in 3 sessions is ridiculous and I am tired of being upset with the results after a session. Time to find services elsewhere.

I highly recommend Terry for Electrolysis hair removal! She has done an amazing job, and my results have been better than I ever expected. She is professional, kind, and very detail oriented. I now only go in for touch ups thanks to her excellent work. So thankful I found her!

THE BEST ELECTROLYSIS EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD !!!!! I don’t even know where to start right now. Terry is genuinely the kindest and most genuine human being I’ve ever met. I’m in town visiting Dallas and I last minute reached out to a few places and Terry kindly offered to stay 15 min after closing to help me out! She is SO knowledgeable and treated me so well the entire time. I’m considering moving to Dallas just so I can have her to do my electrolysis (no joke).

This was definitely one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I had been wanting to do hair removal for some time and went to a laser removal business first. After trying that I was very disappointed since they removed a very small amount of facial hair and I paid a small fortune. I decided on a new plan by trying electrolysis and that’s how I found Sandra‘s Electrolysis. This place is great as are all the technicians that work there. They are skilled and know what they are doing and are fast, efficient and affordable. I’m practically facial hair free! Don’t waste your time anywhere else, just go to Sandra’s.
