I've been seeing Alissa for my lip filler and Dysport, and I truly can't recommend her enough. She has such an incredible eye for natural results and always takes the time to listen to exactly what I'm looking for. My lips have honestly never looked better. We dissolved old filler before starting fresh, and she helped create the soft, balanced, "my lips but better" look I wanted. She never overfilled them, and I always felt like she prioritized what would look best rather than just doing more product. Even after healing, they look so natural, and I constantly get compliments. If you have thin, uneven lips go to Bonnie Ma 🙂‍↕️ I’ve been to two other injectors who could never make my lips even and not duckish. She has magic hands!!! On top of that she doesn’t try to upsell you on things you don’t need. She’s so sweet and wonderful to work with. I will keep coming back to her for all my treatments. I originally came to Sydney at Upkeep Salon after having a difficult experience elsewhere with Botox and filler. My previous injector only partially completed a “nerfiti neck lift,” which ended up throwing off the balance in my jaw. My masseter muscles began overcompensating, and I was dealing with constant migraines and sharp, shooting pain in my jaw—especially during workouts. Sydney took the time to ask thorough questions, really listened to every detail of what I was experiencing, and was able to identify what was likely going on over the phone. She explained that the remaining portion of the treatment needed to be completed to properly balance the muscles. When I went in person, she was extremely attentive and detail-oriented. She also noticed an issue with a prior lip filler placement that appeared to be affecting blood flow to part of my lip, which had turned a purplish color. She addressed it right away and corrected it. She then treated my jaw area, and the difference has been incredible—my pain is completely gone, and everything feels balanced again. She also added a bit of forehead Botox since I still had a lot of movement there, and the result looks natural and refreshed without being overdone. Overall, I couldn’t be happier. Sydney is knowledgeable, precise, and genuinely attentive to how treatments affect both function and appearance.
