Viva Day Spa + Med Spa | Dallas

My experience at Viva Day spa was exceptional. And I am a stickler for these kinds of things but when I say WOW! It was amazing from start to finish. Everything was clean & very inviting. I was greeted warmly by the front desk & then escorted upstairs. Once I got off the elevator, someone else was waiting to take me to the changing area. The ambience was absolute perfection. I changed into my robe & was then escorted to the relaxation room which was heavenly! I enjoyed cucumber water & tea before being taken to my infrared sauna session which was about 30 mins. A fresh glass of cucumber water was waiting for me in the sauna. My massage, body wrap, scalp massage & hand & foot treatment were all pure bliss. My husband booked the Delicious Spa package for me as a birthday gift. My massage therapist was Alma & I can’t say enough wonderful things about the whole visit. I can’t wait to go back again!! Highly recommend!

Such a calm and relaxing atmosphere, we came for a Valentine's signature massage which was great. Loved the lounging area, we got it all to ourselves and got to unwind with complimentary tea and champagne. The showers were also great and very clean. I wish I could have taken home the robe, I've never worn something more plush! I will say, you do have to book the lounge area and showers in advance. I find it odd that they don't tell you when booking, we had friends come that didn't even get offered robes because you have to ask for every small detail so that's something to keep in mind. Had we not had questions about any other amenities, our experience would have been such a disappointment as they are not amenities based. Parking was very easy and the lockers were very easy to use.

Viva Day Spa provides a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere with an upscale appeal. My facial left me glowing. Cherise was so knowledgeable and attentive during my custom facial. She was gentle, courteous, and caring throughout the service. I will definitely will be back!

I booked the Head Trip Spa Package and received services from Braychelle, and it was one of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had. Within minutes, I knew I was in the hands of someone incredibly talented. I get massages regularly and have a high pain tolerance, and her pressure and technique were absolutely perfect. She quickly identified my problem areas and worked through months—if not years—of built-up tension. I even fell asleep, which never happens! The experience was so incredible that I signed up for a membership before I left because I’m already looking forward to my next visit. The spa is beautiful, the front desk staff were so welcoming and knowledgeable, and I loved the signature lavender grapefruit scent so much that I bought the room spray. I can’t recommend Braychelle and Viva Day Spa enough!

10/10 experience. Alma worked magic on my upper back. I mean I literally felt the tension melt away. Ruth did a phenomenal job with my facial. I am pretty sure I spent 75% of my visit asleep bc that’s how relaxed I was. I was nervous about the scalp massage because I have locs and I know people can get uncomfortable about African American hair but it literally was no issue. I love that I didn’t feel out of place there (I’ve felt out of place at other day spas) and I def plan to come back. I did the viva diva spa package and I think I’ll schedule this for myself once a quarter just as a treat for being alive LOL. Bc this was great. I am beaming. This was the perfect way to spend my bday!
