Today marks exactly one year since I began my journey with this studio, and I felt it was time to share how much this place means to me. Coming from Chile, I grew up valuing authentic "cariño" and genuine human connection; I need to feel a real sense of trust before I open up. From my very first visit, I knew I had found more than just a wellness center. I found a sanctuary where I am seen as a person first and a client second. There is a warmth here that is hard to find, making this Chilean woman feel completely at home and cared for. What I appreciate most is the absolute peace I feel during every visit. Over the past year, I have been so happy to be guided by their expertise because I have never once felt pressured to buy a product or book a service I didn’t need. I have handed over my trust to them completely, and they have handled it with the utmost integrity. I’m originally from Maine, but I’ve been spending time here in Dallas visiting my daughter. Finding this studio was such a blessing! I’m 50+, so I’ll be honest I didn't walk in with massive expectations. However, I decided to go for the skin tightening treatment and added on my neck and jawline. I am so glad I did! The results are beautiful; my skin feels remarkably firm and my jawline actually looks lifted. What I loved most was the atmosphere. This was my first time coming here. Everyone was so friendly, patient & understanding. From the receipionst to the esthetician to Oliver were such a pleasure to deal with. Oliver is the absolute best with all of his assistance in every way. The process was not at all rushed & everything was explained in extreme detail. I will definitely continue to come for treatments. It was so relaxing from the time I walked in. Barely any wait time, with the staff offering water, tea, etc.
