If I could give Kevin Cowsert 10 stars, I absolutely would! I called needing Mobile IV hydration, and Kevin came out the very same day. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. He explained everything, made me feel completely comfortable, and somehow performed the smoothest IV start of my life—I honestly didn’t even feel the poke! I actually looked over to make sure he had done it because it was that painless. The hydration made such a difference, and I left the experience feeling refreshed, cared for, and incredibly grateful. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, compassion, and such a great personality. Kevin made what could have been a stressful experience easy, enjoyable, and even fun. What an awesome service. I love getting an IV but getting an IV at home was so nice. What a luxury! Kevin is an experience to ER nurse and has all the experience in the world! He is fast, very well organized, and cleans up everything like he was never at your house. He also answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I'm an ultrarunner and endurance athlete that recently tried Hello Nurse Mobile IV for the first time after it was recommended by a friend I trust. The tech (Kevin C.) arrived right on time, was in/out in no time at all, and it couldn't have been simpler. I was running the Austin Rattler 50K a few days later and the temperature was unusually warm. I've run a lot of ultras over the past 10 years and have never felt that solid. Hydration is a constant challenge during these efforts, especially in warmer weather. It's not 'if' dehydration creeps in, but 'when' it creeps in. Put simply, the difference was unmistakable after using Hello Nurse. Hydration NEVER redlined, no digestion issues, and my energy stores felt sustainable up until the end. If you're a ultra-athlete or enjoy weekend 5Ks, you have to try this service. It is so worth the cost and I know I won't be running another race without calling Hello Nurse first.

Kevin is one of the ONLY IV services that are willing to come in the evenings. He also was professional, got the stick the first time (minimizing pain) and did a great job overall. Next time we need mobile IV help, Hello Nurse is who we are calling. Why have "we come to you" services if they are unavailable after most folks get off work? Thanks again, Kevin.

I got food poisoning and couldn’t keep anything down, which led to an awful dehydration migraine. Kevin came to my house and gave me a vitamin-filled anti-nausea IV with meds to help me sleep and I woke up completely better. It was fast, professional, and super convenient!
